Sun., Oct. 11 Pray for our last flight departing at 12:55am from Nairobi; arriving Entebbe, Uganda at 2am; for a safe arrival and all of our bags to arrive with us. Please pray for our 4 hour drive to Village of Eden. Pray that we sleep to have strength and stamina to attend church. John 15:15-17
Mon., Oct. 12 Please pray Colossians 1:9-12 over Dr. Brenda and Deidra; for Brenda doing a gospel presentation in the morning with the medical staff and Deidra giving her testimony; nutrition clinic. Pray for our home visits; for families to hear and receive truth and believe that Jesus is the only way to Heaven. Pray for the 10th anniversary celebration of the medical clinic.
Tues., Oct. 13 Please pray for Brenda in meetings, and for Deidra sharing a devotion in clinic; Bible study with Bible teachers, and attending a Bible study for kids at the primary classroom. (Mark 10:14-16)
Wed., Oct. 14 Pray for wisdom for Deidra in the sickle cell and nutrition clinics; sharing a Bible study with the clinic staff, time with the missionary cell group. James 1:5
Thurs., Oct. 15 Please pray for Deidra sharing her testimony with the house parents; visiting homes; meeting with pharmacist Caroline, and participating in activities with cottages 5 and 6. Please pray for patience, wisdom and strength for the house mothers. Hebrews 10:23
Fri., Oct. 16 Please pray for Deidra sharing a devotion in the clinic; opportunities to share the Gospel in the nutrition clinic; wisdom for nurse training; and sweet fellowship with the teens. Col. 4:3
Sat., Oct. 17 Please pray II Thessalonians 1:11-12 for each of us; Brenda in a meeting and Deidra doing an activity in the girls cottage; then hut-to-hut visits before showing Jesus film.
Sun., Oct. 18 Please pray for our journey home, departing 8pm. Pray for our three flights.
Mon., Oct. 19 Arriving Atlanta at 12:38pm. Pray for USA Customs, and that we will never forget what we have seen and the wonderful things that the Lord has done! I Cor. 15:57
